General Questions

Refresh is a meal preparation service that offers delicious, simple and healthy food solutions for busy families and professionals.

We serve Edmonton, St. Albert and the surrounding areas.

Service Details

You will receive an email with menu suggestions from which to choose your meals.

If you or a family member has a sensitivity, allergy or a dislike of certain foods, we ensure that those foods are never used in the preparation of your meals.

We will email you menu suggestions from which you can choose each week.

It’s up to you. Most clients prefer weekly services but some prefer bi-weekly or monthly.

Pricing and Payment

The price is determined by the hourly rate plus the grocery cost. Also see our pricing page for more info

We prefer etransfer but also accept cash and cheque.

Meal Preparation

We use gloves and masks if required and don’t enter your home if any one party has symptoms.

We will use your kitchen equipment and will use any ingredients you have available (mostly spices, condiments, etc.)

The average length of time is 3 – 4 hours but this can vary depending on the menu.

Dietary and Nutrition

We will discuss it with you and make notes on portions and/or food combining with your menu.

We source ingredients from a variety of local grocery stores depending on your needs and preferences.

On special request we can source organic and local ingredients.


We will store your food in containers, label it with instructions.

All leftover ingredients will be available for you to use.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you make a cancellation 72 hours before the cooking date since sometimes we will have already shopped for the food . Otherwise you will be charged a minimum of $100 plus grocery costs.

As long as you stay in the range of the cancellation policy, rescheduling is without cost.

Special Requests and Events

We want your feedback, as it helps improve our performance.

The weekly meal plan will be adjusted according to your feedback.
